The Position

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our People Success team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment activities and HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Talent acquisition: managing recruitment platforms, drafting and publishing job offers, selecting profiles, and organizing interviews.
  • Onboarding and offboarding process: preparing, following up, and deploying.
  • HR operations: participating in day-to-day personnel administrative management, contributing to improving HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • HR projects: providing support in implementing HR policies and talent development-related projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Management, or a related field of study.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and associated tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be a plus.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
