Key Responsibilities:- Manage personnel administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle training administrative duties, coordinating with the team to deliver high-quality results
- Contribute to ongoing improvement projects, such as SIRH and intranet development, to enhance HR procedures
- Take care of daily administrative tasks in the HR department, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Labor Law
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent written communication skills, and a team player
- Qualities: Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Initial interview with the recruitment team to assess your skills and experience
- Second interview with the HR Director and Assistant to discuss your fit with the company culture
- Third interview with the General Secretaries to evaluate your understanding of Labor Law and HR procedures
- Final interview with the CEO to confirm your suitability for the role
