About the Role

As the Strategic Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire merger or acquisition process from initiation to completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to define acquisition targets and desired outcomes.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets and assess their compatibility with ALSTEF GROUP's strategic objectives.
  • Lead due diligence efforts and negotiate acquisition agreements.
  • Develop and implement post-acquisition integration plans to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee a successful M&A process.

Your role as a member of the Group's Executive Committee will involve managing M&A opportunities globally across diverse business lines.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions within finance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in French and English.
