Pre-sales Consultant: Corporate Team Leader

Clémentine, a leading recruitment consultancy, seeks a seasoned Pre-sales Consultant to lead its corporate team in EDI and e-invoicing expertise. As a key member of the Generix Group, you will drive sales success by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pre-sales engineers or specialists to ensure they possess the required skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of EDI and e-invoicing products or services, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to engage with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and addressing client concerns.
- Design and propose solutions that meet client needs, creating persuasive proposals and documentation to showcase the value of proposed solutions.
- Prepare responses to RFPs or RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and demonstrating company capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and product development teams, providing valuable feedback to improve existing products or influence new ones.
- Support the sales team in negotiations, providing technical insights and addressing client objections.
- Monitor market trends and competition, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Continuously assess and refine the pre-sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Over 10 years' experience in a SaaS and dematerialisation company.
- Excellent level of English for international collaboration.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
