Senior Pre-sales Specialist: Team Lead

Generix Group, a publisher of SaaS solutions, is seeking a Senior Pre-sales Specialist: Team Lead. This role involves leading and overseeing the pre-sales team, with a focus on supporting the sales process by providing functional and technical expertise, product knowledge, and solutions to potential clients.

The Senior Pre-sales Specialist: Team Lead plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical teams, ensuring that the sales team has the necessary resources and information to effectively engage with prospective customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Building and managing a team of pre-sales engineers or specialists.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to engage with prospective clients during the early stages of the sales process.
  • Solution Development: Designing and proposing solutions that meet the needs and requirements of potential clients.
  • RFP/RFI Response: Preparing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFI) from prospective clients.
  • Collaboration with Product Development: Acting as a liaison between the sales team and the product development or engineering teams.
  • Sales Support: Supporting the sales team in negotiations, providing technical insights, and helping address any objections raised by potential clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assessing and refining the pre-sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires an excellent level of English, as you will be working in an international context on a daily basis.
