We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for Manufacturing CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X. In this role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers in the Manufacturing sector to identify, attract, and recruit exceptional talent for McCain. Your expertise will be essential in defining job specifications and refining hiring methodologies to ensure a successful candidate search. Leveraging your industry knowledge and external insights, you will proactively source and develop candidate pipelines to meet workforce needs. Your success will depend on the relationships you cultivate and your innovative sourcing strategies.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager Manufacturing CE, with your primary office located in one of our French facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and attract top talent through diverse sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and career sites.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across various business areas, utilizing tools, events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and communication.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, market insights, assessment strategies, and onboarding practices.
- Utilize analytics to monitor key metrics that assess the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts and contribute to enhancing the overall recruitment process.
- Employ market intelligence to facilitate competitive screening of applicants, ensuring high-quality submissions and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment methodologies.
- Implement appropriate assessment tools and techniques to improve the quality of hires.
- Execute Talent Acquisition initiatives aimed at increasing diversity and enhancing representation within our workforce.
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies to promote automation and a seamless digital experience for all stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Plant HR, and Plant Leadership to proactively develop hiring strategies based on data and market trends.
- Contribute to specific regional projects for McCain.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate or agency setting, with specialized knowledge in Talent Acquisition for complex roles.
- Experience in a Manufacturing recruitment environment is advantageous.
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
- High degree of self-management, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in recruitment systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Ownership mentality, prioritizing effectively and providing clarity for stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
