Product Manager

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial International, vous travaillez de concert avec les équipes de production et de vente. Vous êtes en écoute constante des tendances du marché pour offrir de nouveaux produits et services. Vous accompagnez la production depuis sa conception à la mise en vente dans les circuits commerciaux.
Missions principales- Piloter la phase de lancement des projets de développement des nouveaux produits tout en respectant les objectifs qualité-coût-délai et performance associés à chaque projet.
- Animer et coordonner fonctionnellement les équipes dédiées lors de cette phase de développement.
- Délivrer les attendus de la phase de lancement (cahier des charges produits, prix de revient, cible, volume vente...)
- Assurer l'interface avec les clients durant toute la durée du projet : en interne, la force commerciale ; en externe, les distributeurs ou les représentants des clients.
- Participer à la mise en vente du produit avec le service commercial/marketing.
- Assurer la formation produit des équipes de nos clients.
- Assurer la veille concurrentielle du produit lors de leur développement.
- Reporter sur l'avancement de la phase de lancement (tableau de bord, jalons...)
De formation supérieure technique (bac +4/5 ingénieur, master) enrichie par une formation marketing et commerciale, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience similaire avec une forte composante commerciale dans un univers industriel international (ingénieur commercial ou technico-commercial export). Votre anglais et votre allemand ou espagnol (idéalement) est courant et vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements.
Doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous savez travailler en transversal avec les différents services de l'entreprise. Vos capacités à être force de proposition, votre ouverture d'esprit, votre faculté à vous adapter aux changements, votre autonomie et proactivité sont des éléments clés de réussite pour ce poste stratégique.
