Drive Commercial Success as a Sector Sales Manager at Districom

Districom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sector Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our commercial agreements and driving sales growth within your assigned sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance & Growth: Maintain strict adherence to existing commercial agreements while actively seeking opportunities to expand sales and market share.
  • Product Visibility Champion: Negotiate strategic product placements and visibility within retail stores, maximizing brand exposure and customer engagement.
  • Display Excellence: Design and implement compelling product displays that capture attention and drive impulse purchases.
  • Brand Advocate: Build strong relationships with store managers, effectively promoting our brand and its value proposition.
  • Customer Relationship Builder: Cultivate lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and mutual success.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide comprehensive and timely reports to management, outlining sales performance, market trends, and actionable insights.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in retail sales and a strong understanding of the commercial landscape. Exceptional negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for driving business growth are essential qualities.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Compensation: A fixed salary of €2000 per month plus a performance-based bonus of €400.

This role may require occasional travel with overnight stays to ensure effective coverage across your assigned sector.
