As a key member of the Tapestry team, the Wholesale Sales Supervisor will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the wholesale division.

With a focus on driving results and customer focus, this individual will be responsible for mentoring, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to deliver Stuart Weitzman's selling ceremony and operational standards.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail, as well as knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans.
  • Exhibiting competencies such as drive for results and customer focus.
  • Mentoring, motivating, and developing the team to deliver Stuart Weitzman's selling ceremony and operational standards.
  • Staying current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
  • Delivering a bold, energetic, and purpose-driven customer experience.
  • Completing operational tasks, including maintaining sales floor, backroom, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Collaborating with the Wholesale Area Manager to elevate selling culture.
  • Adhering to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
