As a Wholesale Sales Supervisor, you will be part of the Tapestry family, a global house of brands committed to innovation and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans.
  • Exhibit competencies in Drive for Results and Customer Focus.
  • Mentor, motivate, and develop team to deliver Stuart Weitzman's Selling Ceremony and operational standards.
  • Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
  • Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.
  • Complete operational tasks, including maintaining sales floor, backroom, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Area Manager to elevate selling culture.
  • Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
