About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including snacks and meals, to a high standard.
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus in the "snack" section.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Set up and prepare recipes based on technical sheets.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigour, and organisation are essential.
- Culinary production skills are a must.
- A diploma or level in CAP "cuisine" or BAC professionnel en hôtellerie-restauration is required.
What We Offer
- A seasonal fixed-term contract.
- A net monthly salary depending on profile.
- Working hours: 42H55.
