CRM Product Owner for Salesforce Solutions

Position Overview: In the Remarketing division, the primary objective is to oversee CRM initiatives while ensuring team synchronization across various streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the "product oversight" of CRM operations, focusing on aspects such as security, stability, rights management, data integrity, functional architecture, and integration with other platforms.
  • Define the scope, prioritize, and facilitate the "agile" execution of new projects, deployments, and CRM enhancements.
  • Enhance CRM workflows (Database/Care management) throughout the customer lifecycle, enforcing these processes in both B2B and B2C contexts while monitoring and optimizing activities across regions.
  • Provide training and functional support to regional teams on CRM tools.

Collaborate actively with the team and regional offices to contribute to the execution of projects, features, improvements, campaigns, and operations that align with the business and marketing goals established by senior management.

Agile Delivery: Ensure effective agile delivery practices (including framing, grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives), while maintaining high-quality development of CRM tools. This includes:

  • Designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring the security and stability of the tool.
  • Maintaining data quality and relevance, securing integration flows with other systems, managing user rights, and simplifying architecture and development processes.
  • Facilitating consistent communication and training regarding product development.

Backlog Management: Administer the backlog and specifications for user stories and bugs, collaborate with the product manager on feature follow-ups, and prepare for active participation in synchronization and prioritization meetings within the Digital Operations team.

Adhere to the priorities established in collaboration with management and regional teams, while following agile collaboration principles and cross-functional oversight.

Deployment: Ensure a high-quality, integrated, and timely rollout of CRM solutions in various regions, whether for B2B (through country-specific deployments) or B2C (via Retail CRM).

Maintain a strong level of sponsorship, a thorough understanding of the tools, and a disciplined application of the CRM/Care processes implemented globally.

Project Management: Oversee the scoping, implementation, and performance monitoring of CRM projects and enhancements planned within the remarketing timeline.

Deliver responsive and high-quality functional support to regional teams and the CRM unit. Educate teams on the application of new CRM/Care processes.

Qualifications: Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (certification preferred). Familiarity with Scrum/Agile and Kanban methodologies. A digital mindset with a background in Product Ownership, CRM, UX, or related fields is advantageous. Fluency in English is required. Proven experience in CRM/Salesforce is essential.
