Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the release of a diverse range of products within our catalog. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of product releases and ensuring successful post-release operations across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development progress of multiple games in collaboration with Line Producers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive release schedules aligned with targeted timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison with console manufacturers regarding production inquiries.
- Provide developer assistance concerning certification processes.
- Coordinate pre-release certification efforts with platform owners such as PlayStation, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
- Collaborate with external partners and outsourcing teams throughout the release process.
- Engage with internal experts across various departments including PC specialists, Producers, Business Development, and Content Management.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with major platforms such as Steam, Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
- Familiarity with TRC, XR, and Lotcheck processes.
- Background in certification processes and tools.
- Experience with age rating submissions.
- Prior experience in the video game industry with publishers.
