At Enablon SA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide software solutions for some of the world's largest companies.

About the Role

  • Lead client service delivery and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with analysts, product managers, key account executives, and customer project teams.
  • Manage a small Professional Services team and work with Enablon teams to acquire and board staff.
  • Drive/improve services quality and client satisfaction, identify and manage risks, and understand the contractual framework.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments, actors, and clients, resolve conflicts, and maintain client relationships.
  • Support sales cycles to position services, produce well-defined project implementation proposals, and manage expectations.
  • Anticipate project and account needs, ensure high-quality project deliverables, and maintain proper project deliverables.
  • Participate in account planning meetings and act as a point of contact for PS services.

About You

  • At least 10 years of professional experience working on software or integration projects.
  • At least 7 years of project management and implementation of software solutions for large enterprises.
  • At least 2 years in leadership of a small services team.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners, some experience in sales of professional services, and a proven track record for project planning, delivery, control, and completion.
  • PMI, Prince2, or equivalent certification, excellent verbal and written communication, and experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in a fast-paced environment.
