Job Summary

As a Senior Influence Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive programs across various EU countries. You will work closely with internal teams and Carrier partners to identify and solve problems in the delivery experience. Your key responsibilities will include program management, performance management, process improvement, stakeholder management, and communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
# Program Management:
Lead 1 or 2 comprehensive programs across various EU countries.
# Performance Management:
Manage and enhance the concessions performance of multiple carriers in 1 or 2 geographic regions. Run deep dives to identify root causes. Develop and implement action plans with clear milestones and objectives.
# Process Improvement:
Establish long-term, scalable processes with carriers, ensuring their engagement and collaboration.
# Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
# Communication and Engagement:
Maintain engagement with leadership and key stakeholders, and foster effective communication and partnerships.

Requirements
# Significant program or project management experience
# Results-driven individual with strong proactiveness
# Good analytical and communication skills
# Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
# Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications
# MBA or Master's degree in business, operations, supply chain, logistics.
# Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques. Process improvement experience.
# Experience working within the transportation delivery industry and a solid understanding of carrier operations are advantageous.
