Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating order processing while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support
• Managing medium complexity daily business initiatives
• Engaging with the dealership network, direct customers, and internal departments
• Overseeing the complete order life cycle, including production scheduling, delivery planning, and logistics
• Supporting diverse business models and driving performance improvements
• Contributing to team success through various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• College Degree or a two-year technical degree
• A curious, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, planning, and organizational skills
