About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Data Officer to join our team at URGO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and fostering a culture of innovation throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-skilled team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to drive business value from data
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy in collaboration with top management and the IT team
  • Establish and maintain a robust data platform on Snowflake, ensuring data security and integrity
  • Work closely with the Healico product team to feed and adjust the Healico roadmap, leveraging data to inform business decisions
  • Build an AI platform with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to create predictive models of healing time based on anonymous patient data
  • Maintain and improve the Healico data pipeline, handling an ever-increasing amount of data
Requirements
  • Proven experience in implementing and executing data strategy and management in rolling out data products
  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools and practices (SQL and PowerBI)
  • Good knowledge of ETL processes and data integration best practices
  • Good knowledge of Cloud Managed Data Solutions (Snowflake, AWS, and Azure)
  • Good knowledge of data governance principles, best practices, and security standards
  • Familiar with data privacy regulations and compliance
