Product Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with product and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product messaging, buyer personas, and content that supports a buyer's journey-based sales cycle.
  3. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify new product opportunities and inform product roadmap development.
  4. Lead the creation of new product/feature messaging and support product management teams in roadmap development.
  5. Support marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  6. Collaborate with demand-generation teams to build and execute high-response campaigns.
  7. Enable sales, GTM teams, and strategic partners in positioning Enablon products.
  8. Provide thought leadership and innovative ideas to the broader marketplace.
  9. Build and grow relationships through customer advocacy and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of B2B technology work experience, ideally in EHS, sustainability, operational risk, or ESG space.
  2. At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in product marketing roles.
  3. At least 5 years of successful work experience in managing a global team.
About the Role

Some travels may be required (20-30%). Perfect command of English, French is a plus. Location: Toronto (CAN), flex-office; Alphen (NL) flex-office; or Paris area (FR-Bois-Colombes) flex-office.
