Commercial Development Leader

About the Role
As a Commercial Development Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences within our B2B client base. This includes restaurants, hotels, local businesses, and SMEs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and support your team of commercial delivery drivers and an assistant, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction through daily collaboration with your team members, actively managing client relationships and addressing their needs.
- Client Retention & Growth: Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular field visits, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance their experience.
- Business Development: Proactively propose additional services, negotiate contracts, and evolve our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our diverse client portfolio.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong commercial partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (financial results, customer satisfaction rates, additional sales) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Your Profile:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in a team management role, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
