We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Control Specialist to join our team at UNIK&CO. As an Internal Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Design and implement audit programs to test the effectiveness of our internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Provide training and support to employees on internal control procedures and risk management best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure our internal controls and risk management processes remain effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
