About the Position:

We are currently seeking an **Industrial Team Supervisor** for our esteemed client located in Saint Quentin Fallavier.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in team leadership and a deep understanding of industrial operations, including packaging, production, and manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to QHSE regulations
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Monitoring quality standards and productivity levels
  • Overseeing daily operations

This position offers long-term employment with shift work scheduled from Monday to Friday. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes a production bonus and meal allowance.
