We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Safety Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a PRQSM Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the Quality and Safety teams to ensure compliance with Alstom's quality and safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality and safety plans for projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that quality and safety standards are met, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality and safety are integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
- Provide training and support to project teams on quality and safety procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality and safety performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably in the rail industry.
- Proven track record of implementing quality and safety initiatives that have resulted in significant improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
