Key Responsibilities- Manage the GUO budget to ensure alignment with the company's strategic priorities and Technical Excellence plan.
- Support the Head of GUO Transformation & Operations in providing administrative support to the GUO Transformation & Operations function.
- Lead meetings and workshops with key internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and seek input from others as needed to achieve the best results possible.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and Spanish a plus.
