Descriptif de la mission

L'IT Finance Business Partner W/F jouera un rôle clé dans la conduite de la transformation des activités financières. Ce poste exige une collaboration étroite avec les responsables des processus métier pour identifier les nouveaux besoins et concevoir les meilleures solutions, en ligne avec la mission et la vision de l'entreprise ainsi qu'avec la feuille de route stratégique de la transformation numérique et des technologies.

Responsabilités clés

  1. Soutenir les équipes financières dans l'identification et la priorisation des cas d'utilisation, et conduire l'exécution et le suivi de la réalisation de la valeur.
  2. Développer des stratégies pour une transformation numérique efficace.
  3. Promouvoir l'adoption progressive des technologies numériques et des méthodes de travail pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux et maximiser la valeur ajoutée.
  4. Contribuer à la stratégie technologique et à la feuille de route pour l'évolution des capacités numériques.
  5. Participer à la sélection de plateformes/solutions/cadres visant à améliorer les services et les performances de la transformation financière et commerciale.
  6. Conduire les initiatives d'évolution des solutions financières.
  7. Implémenter et soutenir les meilleures pratiques en finance.
  8. Attirer, développer et retenir des membres d'équipe performants.

Profil du candidat

  1. Vous possédez un Master en technologie de l'information ou équivalent.
  2. Vous avez un minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires.
  3. Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais.
  4. Vous avez évolué dans un environnement SAP S/4HANA.
  5. Vous comprenez les processus métier financiers et avez une expérience significative dans la numérisation financière.
  6. Vous avez une expérience en méthodologie Agile et dans les meilleures pratiques de numérisation et d'automatisation financière.
  7. Vous avez la capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière orientée client.
  8. Vous avez une pensée stratégique et pragmatique, avec une curiosité intellectuelle et un esprit de croissance.
  9. Vous êtes un leader fort avec une capacité à gérer des équipes directes et transversales.
  10. Vous avez une expérience managériale et une aptitude à conduire le changement.
