The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and be able to define how technology can support them. The role involves engaging with Functional Global and Regional teams to understand their strategies and problems and defining the digital technology strategy to support the function's long-term objectives. The Global Functional IT Business Partner is accountable for business value creation & Realization via digital in the demand area and contributes to shaping the global functional strategy of the functional area. The role also involves leading the functional digital technology governance meetings to align strategy, prioritize Investment and unlock challenges for 1 or multiple Demand capabilities. The Global Functional IT Business Partner collaborates with business sponsors and managers to create clear outcomes, scope, approach, and business case for 1 or multiple Demand capabilities and monitors the progression of projects through the delivery phase. The role also involves working with the Global Program Office and the Delivery Leads to facilitate the project approval process with the Global Steering Committee and identifying, measuring, tracking, and reporting on key success metrics to ensure alignment to products, business goals, and company priorities.
