Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the evolution of video production by facilitating seamless collaboration among over a million creative professionals worldwide.
  • Work alongside Adobe during a dynamic growth phase, seeking talented and dedicated individuals who share our vision of empowering visual content creators.
  • As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in establishing partnerships with major global corporations, targeting strategic yet ambitious sellers ready to introduce our platform to complex organizations.
Main Duties Include:
  • Assess, strategize, and develop comprehensive plans for your designated accounts, collaborating with support teams to gain initial traction towards expansive enterprise agreements.
  • Effectively communicate and showcase our value proposition, crafting compelling narratives to inspire prospects.
  • Engage with senior executives to highlight the significance of emerging cloud-based content workflows, affirming our position as a market leader.
  • Within sales cycles, connect value for creative teams, executive leadership, and IT, ensuring alignment for substantial growth.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering value throughout the sales process.
  • Embrace a builder's mindset, contributing innovative ideas and creativity to the broader sales team.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota targets exceeding $1M year-over-year.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and secure strategic business with top-tier clients.
  • Experience in selling transformative solutions, particularly in scenarios lacking a clear budget.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in video, productivity, or collaboration SaaS markets.
  • Experience selling to CIOs, creative leadership, marketing, operations, and IT departments.
  • Ability to leverage grassroots adoption to secure enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Experience selling in emerging markets without traditional RFI/RFP processes.
  • Proficiency in storytelling and emotional selling techniques.
