We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting Europe North Africa department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our statutory and IFRS accounting functions, ensuring the quality of our reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 9-10 finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our financial operations.
- Oversee the work of our Shared Services team members, ensuring that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Review and approve complex accruals, journal entries, and general ledger accounts, as well as fixed asset requests.
- Interface with our management and corporate departments, including Tax, Legal, Accounting, and Consolidation.
- Manage local social and tax obligations, as well as income tax management.
- Ensure accurate contract analysis and setup for invoicing purposes.
- Collaborate with our country Finance teams to provide insights and support analysis of country performance.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and CTU (Cegid).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
