About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL Business Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding influential KOLs, traders, and community leaders to promote our exchange platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase trading volume through KOL partnerships and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns and content tailored for KOL audiences.
- Organize and host webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other events with KOLs to educate and engage the community.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL activities on trading volume and user acquisition, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adapt KOL strategies accordingly.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, compliance, and support teams, to ensure alignment on KOL initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network with potential KOL partners and enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing within the cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing KOL relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
