About the Role:

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services to our clients across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost advice to clients from the early stages of projects to the final account settlement.
  • Settle final accounts and administer contracts as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks.
  • Provide technical advice on legal and contractual issues related to construction projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in cost management, preferably in major construction projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of French construction regulations and legislation impacting building contracts.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiating, finance, and numeracy management skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English languages.
  • Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction economics.
