Senior Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services to our clients in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide cost advice to clients from the early stages of a project to the final account settlement.
- Settle final accounts and administer contracts as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
- Offer technical advice on legal and contractual issues related to construction projects.
- Develop and grow your career with opportunities for professional development.

- 10+ years of professional experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of French construction regulations.
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, finance, and numeracy management skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bac+2 to Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent.
- Diploma in the field of Construction Economics.
