Data Privacy Specialist

AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Analyst to join our team. As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with data privacy regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct data protection impact assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data privacy is integrated into business processes and systems.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on data privacy best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on data privacy incidents and breaches.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, computer science, or information security.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
