Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our Purpose of saving lives and creating a sustainable future for our clients, employees, and communities.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational work programmes. You will work closely with our clients to identify opportunities to improve their operations, reduce risks, and increase productivity. Your expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, and sustainability will be invaluable in helping us deliver transformational solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage new business opportunities and existing client relationships
- Lead teams of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify and implement solutions to client challenges
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Manage project delivery to ensure successful outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and drive business growth
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in operations management, risk management, and sustainability. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
