Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a global client portfolio to drive sales growth of our structural biology capabilities to biopharma and biotech customers. This includes identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, implementing and expanding existing relationships, and renewing contracts. You will work closely with operations and the sales team to drive business growth and provide recommendations and feedback to line management for business development and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full sales cycle, from identification to implementation, expansion, and renewal.
  • Maintain and develop a high level of expertise in our target markets and services to drive business growth.
  • Promote and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Work with operational scientific resources to meet customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Understand and communicate our offer to customers, maintaining account awareness and evolving market knowledge.
  • Work with CRM databases to enrich customer knowledge, track business, and develop new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in chemistry, biology, biophysics, or other Life Science fields related to our activities.
  • Several years of proven track record in selling drug discovery capabilities, particularly structural biology ones.
  • Good knowledge of structural biology activities, including cryogenic electron microscopy, protein crystallography, and production.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service.
  • Ability to travel worldwide, with a passion for the job and a willingness to learn and adapt.
