We are currently seeking a Production Agent / Production Operator for our KALHYGE site:

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, reporting to the Team Leader, you will contribute to the efficient execution of production processes, ensuring profitability and complete customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities Include:

VISUAL INSPECTION:

For each item:

  • Conduct a quick visual assessment (checking for cleanliness and damage)
  • Utilize barcode or RFID scanning (in automated and/or manual modes)
  • Sort items to their designated locations (storage, repair, rewash, etc.)

RECEIVING/PACKAGING:

  • Receive products from finishing machines (including calendering and folding equipment)
  • Identify and segregate non-compliant items (due to stains or improper folding)
  • Understand and implement rewash and rewetting procedures
  • Organize and store items based on established protocols
  • Classify items by type and range
  • Store packaged carts in assigned areas

LAUNDRY SCHEDULING:

  • Sort laundry in accordance with the established schedule and supply the washing stations with the correct items

WASHING LOADING:

  • Load washing machines and tunnels while adhering to the set timing and schedules
  • Optimize the loading of slings and washers according to weight specifications
  • Familiarize yourself with procedures for handling EPI garments
Desired Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a BAC level qualification.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledgeable about internal safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Familiar with RABC standards
  • Understands rewash and EPI treatment processes
