- Oversee and manage the construction initiative: budget analysis, site compliance, contractual agreements, etc.
- Establish intervention strategies
- Prepare essential documentation such as safety plans, project timelines, and budget estimates
- Organize and allocate necessary resources (equipment, materials, workforce) in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Engage in the selection process for subcontractors and temporary personnel
- Direct and oversee all teams and operations on the client’s premises
- Monitor and evaluate construction progress
- Report on construction activities to the External Works Manager, Business Manager, and client
- Manage construction budgets and assist the Business Manager in identifying and pricing additional tasks
- Conduct site inspections
- Perform a Lessons Learned analysis
- Act as the company representative during construction projects and meetings
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols on site
- Implement assembly procedures and project plans
- Guarantee that work complies with technical specifications and industry standards
- Notify management of any challenges encountered
