About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Ground & Rail business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in this critical area of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Ground & Rail, aligned with our global strategy and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with regional and local business development teams to ensure effective coverage and execution of sales targets.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to key account managers and sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in Ground & Rail.
  • Work closely with product teams to develop and promote innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales training programs to ensure our teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in Ground & Rail.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior management roles within Ground & Rail, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
