We are in search of a talented and driven sales professional to help propel our growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with prominent insurance firms in France.

Your Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and challenges that relate to the Earnix platform. You will showcase how our suite of products aligns with the strategic vision of insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a targeted list of prospective insurance clients while also supporting colleagues in their market efforts.
  • Initiate contact, qualify leads, articulate value propositions across various business units, conduct product demonstrations, respond to requests for proposals, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with essential internal teams, including Professional Services, Product, and Technical departments, to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a presence in the French region to effectively engage with clients.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Head of Sales and marketing teams.

  • Proven ability to manage deals from initial lead to successful closure, coupled with a strong inclination for proactive sales.

  • A commitment to achieving results and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a growing team.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
