About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technico-Commercial Specialist to join our team at Hendrix Genetics. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing our commercial strategy in the South-East region, driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including product suppliers and groupings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the South-East region and Guyana.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with customers, addressing their concerns and highlighting the strengths of our products while adhering to established pricing and conditions.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to our customers, including participating in meetings with farmers and technicians, detecting potential issues with our facilities or animal behavior, and implementing corrective actions.
