Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technico-Commercial Specialist to join our team at Hendrix Genetics. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing our commercial strategy in the South-East region, driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including product suppliers and groupings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the development of new partnerships and the expansion of existing ones.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with customers, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including participation in industry events and the identification of potential issues.

Requirements- Relevant degree in a field such as business, marketing, or agriculture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the agri-agro sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
