Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of agents, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front desk agents to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational plans
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
