Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisor

The Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front office and housekeeping teams, with a focus on ensuring that the hotel is always maintained in an immaculate condition. This role will involve conducting weekly guest room inspections and public area inspections, as well as promoting the use of teams of receptionists.

The Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisor will be in constant contact with other departments, ensuring that information circulates smoothly between them. This role will also involve implementing Accor training initiatives and recruiting, selecting, and training department heads within the Rooms Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Accor training initiatives with a focus on coordinated and structured on-job training aligned with service standards and service procedures
  • Recruiting, selecting, and training department heads within the Rooms Division and overseeing the continuous development of all managers within the department
  • Achieving effective communication by briefing and debriefing staff, holding regular departmental meetings, and actively encouraging transparent communication with other departments within the hotel
