Job OpportunityThis is an outstanding opportunity for a structured and analytical Finance professional to step up and join our Internal Audit team at Crown, based in our offices in Saint-Ouen, close to Paris (France). The IA department, along with the Board, Executive Management, and the External Auditors, is a corporate governance cornerstone of Crown Holdings, Inc. In addition to its mission of giving assurance on the Company's control framework, it also contributes to our continuous improvement process.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial and operational audits of plants, operations, projects, and systems in line with the Internal Audit Plan.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with audit standards, plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Report audit findings (in good written English) and make recommendations for reducing risk, improving operations, reducing cost, and ensuring compliance with Company policy.
- Perform special reviews and participate in projects at the request of management.
- Abide by the department's Code of Ethics.
- Travel at least 40% of the time to complete fieldwork.
- Ideally a qualified accountant or equivalently qualified by experience in Finance.
- Experience of integrated ERP systems such as JDE and SAP.
- Full driving license required.
- Experience of manufacturing processes would be advantageous but is not required.
This role primarily covers our entities across the EMEA region. These include sites focused on the manufacture of Beverage Packaging under Crown and Transit Packaging under our sister-company Signode. Occasionally this role may also support missions in APAC and the Americas.
