About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and analytical professional to join Crown's Internal Audit team as a Financial Analyst - Audit and Compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the risk exposures of the organization's governance, operations, and information systems, with a focus on financial and operational audits.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial and operational audits of plants, operations, projects, and systems in line with the Internal Audit Plan.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with audit standards, plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Report audit findings and make recommendations for reducing risk, improving operations, reducing cost, and ensuring compliance with Company policy.
- Perform special reviews and participate in projects at the request of management.
- Abide by the department's Code of Ethics.
- Travel at least 40% of the time to complete fieldwork.
- Ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or equivalently qualified by experience in Finance.
- Experience of integrated ERP systems such as JDE and SAP.
- Full driving license required.
- Experience of manufacturing processes would be advantageous but is not required.
- Good level of written English and operational level of spoken English, additional languages would be a distinct advantage.
