Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at Linde. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a portfolio of customers in an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and production, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
- Manage account receivables and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Update monthly sales forecasts and participate in the development of the annual sales plan.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a related industrial environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics market.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with remote teams and travel up to 30% of the time.
