Your Missions

Our client, a consulting firm specializing in IT & Cyber (+2000 experts in France), is looking for a Business Unit Director to join their commercial teams

  • Team Management: Lead, train, and coach a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their individual and collective objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of the sales strategy, define ambitious goals, and implement action plans to achieve them.
  • Sales Development: Work closely with the team to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor the sales pipeline, track progress, and take measures to ensure goal achievement.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify their needs, and ensure their continued satisfaction.
Your Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, including 2 years as a commercial team manager.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT domain is an asset.
