Senior Serdes System Architect - Signal Integrity
European Tech Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Senior Serdes System Architect to join our client's team in Grenoble. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in high-speed interconnection technology for ICT products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-speed Serdes systems architecture, ensuring optimal signal integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology roadmaps for high-speed interconnection.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in high-speed Serdes architecture, including Rx/Tx Serdes PHY, Tx/Rx equalization techniques, and CDR.
- Work closely with the China-based team to ensure technical alignment and project success.
- Contribute to the development of high-speed product prototypes, ensuring successful delivery and meeting customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in system hardware architecture design for telecom/communication products.
- Proven expertise in high-speed product development, including 56Gbps and beyond.
- Excellent knowledge of high-speed Serdes architecture, including Rx/Tx Serdes PHY, Tx/Rx equalization techniques, and CDR.
- Familiarity with industry standards, including IEEE 802.3 and OIF-CEI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
