Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. This role is pivotal in achieving our ambitious growth objectives and ensuring that our clients enjoy an outstanding experience. As a Client Success Specialist, you will engage with our customer base, delivering Dashlane's best practices, innovations, and capabilities directly to the administrators and users of our product.

You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, assist them with ongoing initiatives, and strategize operational enhancements to guarantee their success with Dashlane. With a significant focus on Dashlane's B2B offerings, you will play a crucial role in our mission and be an integral member of a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for numerous B2B clients, ensuring a positive journey from the initial sale through to their annual renewal.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Dashlane's offerings and assist in developing rollout and deployment strategies tailored to new customer needs.
  • Independently manage a diverse customer portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and communicated to internal development teams.
  • Consult with clients to establish collaboration goals, success metrics, and program strategies that enhance their perception of value, leading to renewals and expansions.
  • Act as the go-to expert on the features, benefits, and applications of Dashlane's products and services.
  • Proactively build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption, educating them on Dashlane's value proposition through various communication channels.
  • Conduct regular customer health-checks to assess engagement, identify renewal risks, and proactively address any issues to ensure success.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, gather product feedback, and encourage testimonials from our existing clientele.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets to ensure Dashlane retains and grows account revenue.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships, emphasizing the support available from the customer success team.
  • Collaborate with Dashlane's customer service and support teams to resolve technical product-related issues effectively.
  • Engage in continuous learning alongside peers about the evolving landscape of digital security.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment characterized by flexibility, drive, and a commitment to helping others.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Enterprise Password Management, or related IT/Security sectors.
  • Experience with cloud and on-premise IT environments, enterprise web technologies, and directory services.
