About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Right Hand to Chief Operational Performance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Operational Performance Officer in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize business performance.
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Management or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field, such as strategy, project management, consulting, or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
