Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager at Europcar Mobility Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects meet their goals, timelines, and budgets, while adhering to project management best practices and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate team members, resources, and tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project progress.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and implement quality assurance measures throughout the project.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and executives.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in project management.
- Significant experience in transversal orchestration/PMO in a product/agile at scale organization.
- Good knowledge of product and project methodologies, including compliance with methodologies, processes, and standards.
- Expertise in delivering projects and getting things done on time and within budget.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to change.
Fluency in French and English (spoken, read, written), with Spanish being an asset.
Personal Skills- Federative personality, able to coach, motivate, and lead a team.
- Good level of leadership, commitment, and responsibility.
- Significant business acumen, beyond technology-savviness.
- Able to work in full autonomy, demonstrate pro-activity, and adapt to evolving technologies and changing business landscapes.
