What We're Looking For
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial services and crypto to lead our localization efforts in France. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, building relationships with local regulators, and driving commercial success in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a localized commercial growth strategy for France, aligned with our global business objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the French market, including macroeconomic trends, competitor analysis, and client preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with local regulators, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success in France, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Develop and execute local partnerships, data sources, and other opportunities to drive growth in the market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services and/or crypto.
- Strong familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience in standardizing processes across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong financial analysis experience, with the ability to analyze a potential strategy and consider quantitative cost/benefit.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive and comprehensive memos, slide decks, and analyses.
